I follow a few different cooking you tubers. And I've seen a few of them use this gadget. We have been a freshly grated cheese only house for several years but that knuckle grater box grater was zero fun. This gadget is my favorite in my entire kitchen! We fight over who gets to use it! Not just regular block cheese either! I've grated Parmasan Cheese and even sliced potatoes for scalloped potatoes! Easy to take apart and they give you a wonky little tooth brush like brush that makes getting the holes completely clean super easy! I've recommended to several other people!!
Much easier to set up and clean than our food processor! If you just want to grate a bar of cheese, especially, this is the way to go. Easier than a box grater!
